We will accept returns and exchanges for any unused or unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Under no circumstances do we accept returns for used merchandise. If there are any signs that an animal has used a product especially a pet bed, the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customers’ expense.

Shipping fees are not refunded for returns and the buyer must pay all shipping for returns and/or exchanges. In the instance that an order is over $80.00 actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund plus, a $7.00 restocking fee.
