We will accept returns and exchanges for any unused or unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Under no circumstances do we accept returns for used merchandise. If there are any signs that an animal has used a product, especially a pet bed, the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

The shipping fees we incurred on your order are not refunded for returns, and the buyer must pay all shipping for returns and/or exchanges. A $7.00 restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.

Please send all returns to the following address and include a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned (this will expedite the return process). Acquire and retain a tracking number for the return, just in case.
