Q: Do you allow local pickup?
A: We are not a retail store and the distribution company we use to ship our products will not allow local pickups. Sorry.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Home Delivery and typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days depending on distance from the west coast. Fedex will not deliver to PO boxes.
Q: I would like to change my order, how can I do this? A: Contact us via e-mail to orders@pigearfactory.com, or call us Monday thru Friday 10AM - 6PM PST at (800)-692-2199
Q: How can you give such good pricing on our your products? A: We either manufacture or directly import the products available on our site. Therefore we are able to pass along the savings to our customers.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?
A: We can not ship treats, cat furniture, dog crates or orthopedic beds to these types of address. For military addresses, we can ship to a lower 48 state address from which you can make further arrangements.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cashiers checks, money orders, paypal and most major credit cards including Amex, Mastercard, Discover or Visa.
Q: Do you accept payment by check?
A: No we do not accept personal or business checks. We only accept cashiers checks or money orders.

Q: What type of warranty do you provide?
Since we are the manufacturer for most of our products you can be sure that you will receive a top quality product that will bring years of enjoyment to your pet. If however any part of our product is broken within six months due to a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace it free of charge. After six months, there will be a minor charge for replacement of broken parts.
